Holidayyy

Sorry that it has been such a long time! I picked up some really inspiring things on my travel- In the Maldives the men wore sarongs which i must say i wasnt sure about at first but It does make an interesting alternative to trousers and as everyone was wearing them, I got used to them and spoke to one of the waiters at the hotel who told me how they are put on and it reminded me of origami with fabric! In Spain, the clothes were very similar to those worn here however on the festival of morros y christianos, the residents of the towns dress up in fabulous and detailed traditional costume and parade down the streets together followed by a huge street party after. As in spain there is a significant lack of topshop, i discovered a whole line of spanish shops. TRF section in Zara has some lovely vintage style skirts and jackets and Pull and Bear ( also owned by Zara company) has a more quirky selection resembling traditional american style, lots of denim. In the same company, Stradivarious which has a westen country feelto it. Needless to say I ended up spending my entire allowance in one day. oops. My latest purchace is a man jumper from topman which can be clinched with a belt.
