Due to rainy conditions outside, I took the photos in my hallway...

Sorry about the enlarged state of my hair but what can I do!

Im wearing-

boots- Topshop

jeans- vintage Levi's 901s

jumper- Urban Outfitters

jacket- Vintage Yves Saint Laurent

I have to point out that this amazing jacket does technically belong to my mum however I was just really excited about the power shoulders (personal weakness) and got it out of the mysterious upstairs cupboard, full of fashionable treasures from the past. It is from the 80s (clearly) and is part of a suit- I fear I will never fit into that as M is considerably taller than me...

I did warn you that the boots would become a constant feature- I wasnt exaggerating- my other shoes are seemingly inadequate.  My vintage Levi's are a recent purchase and it has to be said- what could be better than worn out vintage 901s! The stripy jumper is also new and is making me feel quite wintery- not helped by the sudden changes of temperature.
I always find that this time of year is the hardest in fashion because its the end of summer but not quite the beginning of winter clothes, resulting in the streets being divided between summer dresses and woolly knits! A/W is my favourite to dress for because you can do so much more with an outfit.
